Paying by purchase order
Checkout has an optional Purchase order number field. We keep it with your account, so it's on file when you need it for your records.
If your organization needs an invoice instead of paying by card, email jeff@jcady.org with the plan, monthly or yearly, your PO number and your billing contact. We'll send an invoice you can pay online by card or bank transfer.
Questions
- Where does my client data go?
- Nowhere. The tools run in your browser and save to files on your computer. Client assessments, risks and reports never come to us.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes. Email jeff@jcady.org and we'll move you over. Your team, branding and settings stay as they are.
- How do I cancel?
- From Manage billing in the app (or by email). Your tools stay open until the end of the period you've paid for. Save each tool's work to a file before then.
- Is the Readiness Check included?
- The full Readiness Check sends its form to your own CRM, so it's set up with each firm by hand. Every plan includes the free Security Readiness Check for your website.
